What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Intacct is how easy and straightforward it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main frustration with Intacct is that its error messages are often unclear, providing cryptic codes and brief descriptions rather than specific, actionable information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While Intacct is efficient for data entry, such as entering invoices and bills, it doesn't offer much in terms of problem-solving or analytical support.

Sages intacct is quite chargeable and We can't navigate directly from one entry to another; we always have to go back first and then select the next transaction.

Easy to learn, anyone with basic knowledge can figure it out

The Upgrade Is Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
We upgraded from Sage 100 to Sage Intaact and the differences and improvements have been such an increase in quality of work life. The ability to work collaboratively and in sync with our vendors has made the job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, honestly. The implementation is a bit hard but the templates made it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AP Automation has made it easy to input our bills for our weekly check runs.

Cloud Based - we moved from an on-prem to cloud and it saved us storage - updates etc.

Downloads can be bit slow but that could be down to internet connection.

It helps when clients ask for us for information which we can now provide. As we keep a longer data retention period we can keep send go back to information which we couldn't before.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is built specifically for finance, and it shows. It handles core accounting tasks (GL, AP, AR, etc.) very well, with strong support for multi-entity, multi-currency, and consolidations—ideal for growing or complex organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive out of the box. The interface can be overwhelming for new users, especially those without an accounting background

How Sage Intacct Solves It: Automates consolidations, intercompany transactions, and currency conversions seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has been an outstanding solution for North American Properties. It handles all of our accounting needs with reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. From day-to-day transactions to complex financial reporting, the platform delivers robust functionality and strong performance. We especially appreciate its cloud-based accessibility, customizable reporting tools, and seamless integration capabilities. Overall, Sage Intacct has significantly improved our efficiency and visibility across the organization. Highly recommended.

Sometimes hard to find answers to some technical questions.

We process many millions of dollars of investor payments through Sage today by utilizing their ACH bank file upload. It’s saved us hours of manual input.

Sages dimensional reporting allows clients to easily slice and dice information into easy to digest reports that allow for faster, smarter business decisions.

I dislike the error messages you get when importing data.
