Intacct Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of "learning on your own" ability. Easy to navigate and learn the program. I really enjoy the look of it and the ability to find items easily and quickly. The variety of reports are great and you can always customize to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beta program hasn't set in permanently yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scanning invoices and linking them to their entries help us go paperless and allows us to place paperwork in storage and have less clutter in the office.
I love Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the ease of use when using Intacct. It is very user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there isn't a way to see if you have imported a file for upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our margins by having less people do the work and using Intacct imports to upload all of our AP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no where else!
A Good Find
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the program is to use. I like that you can upload CSV batches of invoices and journal entries instead of having to enter each manually. I like how easy it is to adjust errors. The user interface is appealing. It feels modern and fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting has extreme limitations. You can create your own dimensions, but it can be difficult to run reports by them. And you have to create custom reports any time you want to sort by a custom dimension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been solving our work flow issue with Purchasing and Receiving items. Our purchase orders are much better organized now.

Intacct has helped us install automated approval workflow

While the canned reports are nice, the reporting module still lacks some flexibility

streamline approvals, limit the amount of time between request and approval, realtime status
Bookkeeping system
What do you like best about the product?
Very structured and organized accounting system. Convenient to keep track of records. I like that the system keeps track of all the invoice and document numbers, which nullifies duplication or reckless mistake.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that it is a periodic failure in the reflection of recent records in general ledger. Sometimes I enter an invoice, and it does not show up until the next day or so. And it creates a little of confusion and it is not very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entering invoices, processing payments, working on financial projects. It is just fast and convenient. You have everything you need already organized and generated for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a great tool to focus on your financial decisions rather than spending lots of time on manually generating reports
Using Sage
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from an older system to sage and love working in Sage intacct. The system is easy to use can ruots of different reports

So far here is nothing I don’t like about Sage.

What do you like best about the product?
Very functional and easy to use for our business. Multiple users can use the product at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can';'t handle large transactional volume for treasury related activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I had been scrambling to try to find an accounting software that was both functional for myself but also easy to understand for the rest of the office. For the price, I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by its user interface and features. It was JUST the right amount of product for our small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope in future versions of this product we can pack in a few more features that makes it easier to send financial reports. I usually just take a screenshot then email it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity of set up and assistance from vendor was above and beyond what our team excepted - well worth having them onsite for final training and overall reporting and advanced feature overview
Fixed assets made simple!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to do fixed assets now. Everything is neatly organized and it is super easy to run and organize data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We only use this for processing our fixed assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has allowed us to do our work in minutes of what use to take hours in Excel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will save so much time and hassle. Once this is used things will be much more organized.

What I like best about Sage Intacct is that it is intuitive. It's easy to figure out what I am trying to do.

Sage Intacct has an unattractive user interface.
