Non Profit - from Quickbooks to Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Eliminates many of my Excel spreadsheets

Not completely intuitive to where you think some functions might be

Eliminate double entry with donations and invoices
Intacct is the best accounting software that I have ever used

I like the reports and dashboards that intacct can produce.

There is not much that I don’t like about intacct. I wish there was a way we could print dashboards in a better format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved some problems with using the financial information and statistical accounts. This really gives us a bigger picture. We worked thru an AR problem using this.

I like the quality of training Taylor to specific uses and hands on learning. The organization is great and the venue very comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dimensions and the power of the non-linear chart of accounts. As a CPA I find reporting simple and controls set at source so reconciliations are much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Maybe some inconsistent logic in setup. But that is very minor

We buy and sell hardware. The customization workflow has been a game changer for us. I has reduced our order procurement management work by over 60%

Sage Intacct is a paradigm shift for most accountants that are used to linear chart of accounts

The sessions are usually very helpful. It's also great to see new partner vendors and what they have to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all sessions had the slides to download for later references

User interface, ease of use, integration with 3rd party apps, report writer and dashboard

Nothing yet, system has been easy to implement and users have adapted to new system

Electronic billing and vendor payments, enhanced reporting, integration with Concur for expense and invoice processing

Nothing - this is one of the best conferences I have attended

Providing ease to access and timely financial reporting across the organization. So far, it has greatly reduced the amount of time spent on reporting and have allowed us to look at our data differently prompting new questions about the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate how you need to provide real time financial information / key metrics to your organization. Also how much time your finance team is spending on rote non value add processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize application to your needs, dashboards, power of cloud computing, role based security. Customer support is also very good. Product improvement every quarter is also very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I do like everything in Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved almost every application to Sage Intacct platform (HRIS, Student Recruitment, Performance Evaluations, etc).

The Sage Intacct partnership is top notch innovation. I am so excited about our implementation and really looking forward to our go live of 1.1.2019.

Too many 3rd party vendors are involved for automation and working with them remotely presents challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards provide information tobbudget managers and executives as soon as they log into the system. This eliminates a whole lot of questions and requests for information.
