Streamlined Entries with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sage Intacct for our daily recording because it makes making entries very easy. The module quick access is something I really appreciate. Also, the interface is very nice. I also like that I can quickly go from one company to another company, which is quite helpful. Overall, I think everything is all good and nice.

I use Sage Intacct for easy entries and quick access to modules, making our daily recording efficient. The interface is nice, and I can quickly switch between companies.
User-Friendly with Effective Multi-Entity Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sage Intacct very user-friendly and visually appealing. I also like that I can combine multiple entities when running reports, which is essential for me since we have a lot of entities and it would be very time-consuming to download them one at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports take a while to run. It would also be helpful if the reports would download as a Microsoft Excel workbook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to manage cash flow and review monthly financials, keeping our accounting books clean. It's user-friendly and visually appealing, and allows me to combine multiple entities in reports, saving time otherwise spent downloading individually.
Easy-to-Use Accounting That Simplifies Multi-Entity Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and very user-friendly. Overall, the program has simplified our accounting. Since I work for a larger company with multiple locations and real estate entities, it makes it easy to transition between accounts within one program. I also love that I can set rules to help with timely coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’ve disliked about Sage Intacct in the past was the ongoing disruption with the bank feeds, but over the last few months it seems like that issue has been resolved.

Sage Intacct has improved our visibility into clear financials while maintaining a clean separation between different accounts. It has also saved valuable time by streamlining coding and the processing of financials.

The flexibility to enter details on transactions. It is also easy to trace a transaction through the system.

The inability to reclass or edit items after they have been paid.

Bank reconciliations are easy with the bank feed import.

Solid, Reliable Accounting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a solid, reliable accounting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding something I am not already familiar with isn't always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping us move to a cloud-based application so we can remove our on-site servers that hosted our previous accounting system (Sage 300).
User-Friendly Interface with Customizable Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sage Intacct's friendly user interface where all the options are clearly detailed. It allows me to easily modify the report view to suit my specific needs. I also appreciate the ability to modify a lot of fields within a database using an Excel file very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, you can still add more fields to the Excel file to modify several items in once

I use Sage Intacct for accounting, payroll, and managing information. The user-friendly interface, customizable reports, and the ability to modify databases with Excel make it easy to adjust workflows and handle data efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Sage Intacct to be very user friendly, especially with the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the training a little bit clunky and not relevant to what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I won't really know this until our system goes live but I am impressed with what I have seen so far but I am looking forward to using the system. The reports layout looks like it will be very beneficial to us as a company.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Intacct is the ability to drill down and see exactly where the numbers come from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are not very user-friendly. For example, printing checks directly from Intacct can be tedious, so we use a third-party provider to handle accounts payable processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us save time. Creating journal entries and running reports is very efficient, and it saves a tremendous amount of time on our end.
