Modern Reporting with Flexible Allocations
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct for its modern feel and the reporting capabilities it offers. The allocations feature is also quite useful, allowing us to allocate in more diverse ways than before and making changes easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t integrate directly with Adaptive Insights.

What do you like best about the product?
As an AP Manager, what I likely value most about Sage Intacct is how it automates and streamlines my entire payables process—from invoice capture to approvals and payments—while giving me real-time visibility into cash flow and liabilities. It reduces manual work and errors, strengthens controls for audits, and scales easily as my workload grows, making my operations more efficient and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the rule-based setup and the automation it brings to the system in Sage Intacct. It helps by automating a lot of basic and repetitive tasks into something more cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sage Intacct could improve its bank feed features. Banks that are supported do not bring over transactions, which means those have to be manually imported and that takes time. Also, the initial setup of Sage Intacct was not easy at all.

I use Sage Intacct to automate basic and repetitive tasks into a more cohesive system. I like the rule-based setup and the automation it brings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can pull any report with easy access, which is really helpful. I also enjoy the dashboards. Sage Intacct helps run the numbers we need quickly and keeps everything organized. It was easy learning everything.

How transactions sync from Bill automatically.

Easy to Learn, Robust Enough for Complex Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to learn but robust enough to handle complexity and allow enough granularity to account for and report at the level that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the prettiest interface and report building can be difficult to understand.

They're our one stop accounting solution and the main hub for all our financial data. They integrate well with the other tools that help us drive efficiency.

User-Friendly AP/AR and Integrations That Streamline Your Tech Stack
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sage Intacct since 2004 and it is so user friendly. The AP and AR features are fabulous and there are so many integrations to streamline your tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of partnering with Sage Intacct is that it is an expensive product to sell.

The ease of other Integrations allowing for more automation.
Fast and User-Friendly with Room for Error Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast and user-friendly Sage Intacct is. When we compare it to QuickBooks, it is miles faster. The UI navigation is also unmatched from any of its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is too unforgiving in a sense that it is very hard to make and trace a mistake. I have trouble understanding the different locations sometimes and it brings about new problems when coding transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct for back-end financial inputting and reports. It's fast and user-friendly, much faster than QuickBooks, with unmatched UI navigation.
