Sage Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sage makes it easy to pull reports on account in different ways. it also allows you to separate your accounts like Operating and Savings and the robust ledger reports make it wasy to organize business transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything inefficiant about Sage. Right now we're struggling with integrating the use of the employee ID field, but the field is there so we are just having a hard time figuring out how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saage gives us a central location for all the departments to watch their individual budgets. It has brought a more comprehensive control to our funding.
It is very user friendly, navigations are simple and time efficient application
What do you like best about the product?
It remembers the selected filters as the last time which helps in fast working, integration of reports and implementation every time I use
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature it takes a little longer than expected for the synchronization of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct for its extensive menu and customizable features, which make pulling reports and working on financials more flexible and aligned with client requirements. The export options and the build feature also give me a clearer perspective when handling financial tasks. The initial setup went very smoothly, and I appreciate how well it integrates and collaborates with other tools in our organization, like BILL.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area that needs improvement is the loading time when pulling custom reports. It tends to be more time-consuming, although this isn’t the case for the regular AP and AR inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to customize report layouts so they align with client requirements. The wide range of menu options makes the reports more flexible and helps me work more effectively with financials.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is especially beneficial for multinatinal companies due to its robust financial management capabilities.One of its standout feature is automation which streamlines repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors

One Common concern is the learning curve; users may find it complex intially , especially if they are not familiar with cloud-based accounting system. Additionally, customization options, while extensive, can sometimes be overwhelming and require significant time and resources to implement effectively

Firstly it solves issues related to financial consolidation across multiple currencies and entities , making it easier to manage complex global operations.This results in more accurate and timely financial reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct's accounting software helps in end to end accounting process. I work in the accounts payable and it's features of creation of new vendor, extracting reports, processing bills - whether a single currency bill or multi-currency bill is easy to understand and once understood easy of use as well.
The feature of closing accounting books during the month-end helps our firm to maintain our records accurate enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
The different dimensions (Classes, Departments, vendors, Customer etc.) are split in different applications. If it can be merged into one single application - "Company", it would be more easy to use.
Also, the sync errors through Intacct and our Billing software causes disruption in our accounting processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role in the accounts payable process - processing bills.
One problem is our billing software does not allow us to process multi-currency bills (Ex: Base currency of entity - USD, vendor bill currency - EUR) accurately, which Sage intacct through its multi-currency billing feature allows me to process bills with the live exchange rates based on the bill dates.

Easy to use, implement, and integrate. Available number of features like Invoicing, Cash Application, AR Aging...etc

Error 1016 troubles sometimes take longer time to fix.

Invoice Generation which helps me with paperless work.

Sage Inacct Helps Us Operate Our Business More Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
The functionalities in Sage Intacct helped up run our business far more effiencently than we were previously. With the way the system is set up we are able to accept purchase orders and pay for orders that we have ensured we have actually received. This is definetly our favorite feature so far.

The overview of your company in Sage Intacct could possibly be further enhanced.

The problem that is being solved is double payments to vendors for orders we've purchased.

Sage Intacct is very helpful for those of us in accounting; it makes our work easy to use, quick to implement, and very easy to contact with Customer Support, which provides a wide range of capabilities and frequent integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit for the details to show up in Intacct, which makes it quite slow. For certain vendors, the view option may not always be displayed. It's frequency of use for the employee to get records for reconciliation

It helps in the recording of business data, which is fantastic and highly beneficial for us. It also helps to know the vendor specifics.
