Q2, Inc., a financial experience company, partnered with AWS Partner Presidio to migrate its largest revenue-generating digital banking product to AWS, avoiding a costly on-premises hardware investment. Q2 set an ambitious goal to decrease costs by 25% to better serve each customer. The AWS migration would prove integral to achieving this goal. To satisfy a tight timeline and rigid uptime requirements, Presidio developed an automated, parallel migration  platform called “Q2 Migration Manager” (Q2MM) to accelerate the project.

Save the Children Spain, part of a global NGO protecting children’s rights, faced challenges with its on-premises data management system. Unable to effectively integrate and analyze information from multiple sources, it struggled to personalize donor outreach and optimize fundraising. Partnering with AWS Premier Consulting Partner Devoteam, it implemented a cloud-based data-lake solution using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This transformation enabled seamless data integration, enhanced donor insights, and improved campaign effectiveness. The new system streamlined operations, reduced costs, and allowed Save the Children Spain to redirect more resources to humanitarian projects, benefiting children in need worldwide.

Ladbrokes.live, a provider of streaming sports entertainment content operating in Belgium, was grappling with critical challenges that hindered their ability to attract and retain users. Partnering with AWS Partner, Cloudar—also based in Belgium—the company transitioned to a cloud-native architecture powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies. This transformation enabled Ladbrokes.live to deliver a seamless, personalized user experience featuring avatars that can be customized to deliver information and statistics relevant to the viewers’ interests, in their language of choice. The solution also helped Ladbrokes.live optimize operational costs and set the stage for continuous innovation in a highly competitive industry.

MANZ, an Austrian company that provides information services for legal and tax professionals, sought to revolutionize how its registered users searched its vast repository of legal documents. With over 300 million documents in its database, MANZ aimed to implement a cutting-edge solution using vector embeddings to enhance similarity searches and uncover deeper connections between documents. In collaboration with AWS Partner tecRacer Consulting, MANZ developed and successfully deployed a powerful solution, which reduced deployment times and empowered MANZ to independently develop and refine its solution.

Improvement-IT, based in the Netherlands, provides IoT solutions to a variety of organizations with an emphasis on tracking, tracing, and monitoring the status of assets. Together with its other companies Port Pay and Alltrack Medical, it offers these innovative solutions to help customers track assets in the field, manage warehouses, and optimize supply chains. However, it was being hampered by its own managed services provider, which was running both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on-premises assets for it. It wanted a proactive partner with deep expertise to help optimize its systems, improve client onboarding times, and better detect problems before they affected customers. AWS Partner TechNative has helped it to achieve those goals, reducing customer support calls by 15 percent and cutting onboarding time by 50 percent.
