Bitnami LAMP Stack greatly simplifies the development and deployment of PHP applications. It includes ready-to-run versions of Apache, MySQL, PHP and phpMyAdmin and all of the other software required to run each of those components. Bitnami LAMP Stack is completely integrated and configured, so you'll be ready to start developing your application as soon as the AMI is launched onto Amazon EC2. Bitnami LAMP Stack is regularly updated to make sure that you always have access to the latest stable releases of each of the bundled components.

Once the instance is running, enter the public DNS provided by Amazon into your browser. You will then see the Bitnami Welcome Page. Click the 'Access my application' link to visit the LAMP application. You may change this username and password within the application settings. You can also access your instance via SSH using the username 'bitnami' and your Amazon private key.
