Adobe ColdFusion 10 on Amazon Web Services is an easy and affordable way to access powerful yet easy-to-use features to build high performing, enterprise-ready applications that scale dynamically to meet your business needs. Easily create interactive web applications leveraging unique built-in HTML5 support.
ColdFusion Windows AMI is available with ColdFusion 10, configured with IIS (Internet Information Services) web server, MySQL database server, and JRE 7. Its available for Large and Extra large AWS instance types. Usage instructions:1) Create an instance using this AMI and connect to it.2) Retrieve Windows Administrator password by specifying your Private Key File3) Login using RDP as "Administrator"with retrieved password.4) The jumpstart tool now begins installing. Provide the necessary configuration details to allow the ColdFusion server to start automatically. The Webroot of ColdFusion server is at "C:\inetpub\wwwroot". IIS will run on the default port 80.Credentials of root user for MySQL database server : Username : "root" Password: "admin"For security reasons, it is strongly recommended that you change the credentials for the MySQL database server after starting the ColdFusion AMI.
