You are entitled to standard support from 8AM to 5PM CST for unlimited number of incidents for assistance on the use of Intel Expressway API Manager. You can request support at the support portal and provide your Amazon ID
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5
All customers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux on EC2 will receive access to repository updates from Red Hat. Moreover, AWS Premium support customers can contact AWS to get access to a support structure from both Amazon and Red Hat.
Support is available through forums, technical FAQs and the Service Help Dashboard. Paid support is available.
