    Overview

Build powerful NVMe over Fabrics high-performance shared storage solution with MayaScale with high-availability. Consolidate direct attached NVMe resources into shared storage pool and provision flexible NVMe namespaces to clients demanding high performance with low latency. When finished the clients can return NVMe storage space back to storage pool. No more over-provisioning or stranded NVMe storage space as is the case with Direct Attached storage. This network agnostic solution uses RDMA for on-premises and standard TCP on cloud. True NVMe device is visible to client using standard NVMe driver stack without need for any proprietary driver extensions.

BENEFITS Not only separates storage from compute instances but also removes many deployment restrictions. For example compute instances with locally attached SSDs cannot be stopped and restart requires recreation of that compute instance. With MayaScale, client is relieved of any rigid storage provisioning dilemma Get persistent storage using synchronous mirroring of ephemeral NVMe devices with HA pair and benefit 10x performance of EBS.

CLIENTS NVMe over TCP supported for CentOS/RHEL 7.4, 7.5 only Other clients connect through iSCSI

    Highlights

    • Provides Elastic NVMe volumes for high-performance and low latency by leveraging ephemeral NVMe resources
    • Easy deployment and flexible provisioning of ephemeral NVMe resources to clients instead of locally attached NVMe to every instance
    • Active-Active HA to make ephemeral storage persistent by using synchronous mirroring and benefit 10x performance of EBS.
