Dimensions summary
You buy one plan tier based on the traffic your application needs. Each tier sets a monthly request count and a bandwidth limit, and both scale up together as you move from Starter through Unlimited. Lower tiers share static IP pairs and proxy resources. Enterprise and above include dedicated IPs and reserved proxy resources for your account. Premium and higher tiers add priority or phone-based support. Soft limits apply, so brief spikes above your tier will not immediately cut off traffic. Pick the tier that matches your expected monthly requests and bandwidth.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A request is one connection your application routes through the proxy, whether outbound to an API or database, or inbound to your app. All plans support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. Each tier caps total monthly requests. Bandwidth used by those requests is metered separately against your tier's bandwidth limit.
Soft limits apply, so a brief spike does not automatically break production traffic. If usage materially exceeds your tier limits over time, QuotaGuard contacts you about moving to a tier that fits. Soft limits cover unexpected spikes, not sustained traffic above your paid tier.
Both apply at once, and each tier pairs a request count with a bandwidth cap that rise together. Whichever you hit first signals you need a higher tier. High-volume, small-payload API traffic tends to hit request limits first. Large data transfers tend to hit bandwidth limits first.
