Product Overview

Jellyfin - Streaming Media Server is a software that puts you in control of managing and streaming your media. It is an alternative to the proprietary Emby and Plex to provide media from a dedicated server to end-user devices via multiple apps.

A lot of devices are supported to watch the media being streamed: a web browser on your computer, apps on your Android, iOS (including AirPlay), Android TV, or Fire TV device, or your Chromecast or existing Kodi installation. Clients for Roku and other platforms are on the way.

Jellyfin is highly-customizable: there are lots of optional third-party plugins providing additional feature functionality. The project hosts an official repository, and plugins need to be hosted there to be installable.

Tidal Media Inc. presents you with this specially hardened image that is ready-to-run on AWS.
