    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the amount of features Sage Intacct provides, from JE import templates to sales invoices and AP approvals. All work great and intuitively
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Coding Smart Rules for AP and bank reconciliation can be difficult to get correct.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The ability to import many invoices and large journal entries with an import template

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is very user friendly and seems to be very comprehensive, I like that I can drill into reports within the system and cut data in different ways on screen without having to manually intervene (Excel!)

    Admittedly I could do with some further training to get the full benefits, the Sage help and University has been great though to get me up and running!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The only downside I've encountered so far is that I can't open multiple browser tabs when trying to look into details. Whenever I try to open a new tab, it just displays a blocked message. This forces me to navigate everything on a single page and try to remember my original spot, which can be quite frustrating.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It allows me to rely more on the system/software and reduce the amount of manual input/intervention which gives confidence and reduces the opportunity for errors - particularly with more junior members of the team!

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is a straightforward accounting software, so there's nothing to not like about it.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We needed more (like time sheets) and it seemed painful to add on.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It was our accounting platform and pretty much that was it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    SAGE is relatively easy to navigate, the system is quick to respond. It was easy for my manager to teach me how to make JEs, generate bills and invoices.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish there was an easier way to filter/keep status of certain items. One thing that really bothers myself and my coworkers is tracking the status of a bill along its approved to posted status. I post the bill for review, it is then approved, then I have to pay it, then that has to be approved again before it is eventually posted. I wish there was a notification box aside from getting lost in my emails letting me know it is ready for the next step.
    -we have also had the issue with SAGE connected and disconnected to our bank accounts causing duplicates we need to ensure are being ignored.
    -I also wish there is a way to automate JEs in the near future, there is a lot of manual entry for reoccurring entries that I strongly believe AI could handle.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SAGE is helping our business track our processes and organize billing and its record process.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Compared to other software's I have used I appreciate that you can make changes to JE at any time without having to void the prior entry.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Our Fixed Asset Module is horrible and reports never match to tie out between the module and the GL
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    There are no real problems it is solving for me currently.
