What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Axway MFT is its reliability and flexibility. It handles large, complex file transfers with ease and provides strong visibility into every transaction. The audit trails, automation options, and integration with our existing infrastructure make it easy to manage thousands of daily transfers without worrying about data loss or downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels dated and can be a bit unintuitive for new users. Setting up new workflows or partners sometimes requires more technical knowledge than it should, and documentation could be clearer in certain areas. Additionally, while support is generally good, response times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

It also provides full visibility into every transfer, making it easy to monitor, audit, and resolve issues quickly. Overall, it has improved data security, efficiency, and reliability across our entire organization.

Admin and user front end is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not support complicated folder permission.

Our user uses both SFTP and Mail option to send and receive files. Axway provides a reliable platform to send / receive files via SFTP. Our users finds it very easy to use the mail option to send and receive files.

What do you like best about the product?
Application is user friendly , and new added features are best in the SFTP environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is not up to the marks .For major changes we need quick resolution but they asked logs in mostly cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It transfer files based on our mutiple file pattern from one path to many different location .
