VALION INSIGHTS answers the two questions every organization asks about its cloud - how much am I spending, and how exposed am I - on a single screen, refreshed every business day.
CLOUD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Track month-to-date spend, the forecast to close, the variation against the previous month and the breakdown by service. VALION INSIGHTS identifies concrete savings opportunities - instance rightsizing, unused volumes, savings plans, commitments about to expire - and states each one in dollars, alongside the action it calls for. A monthly archive preserves closed spend per account, broken down by service, so your cost history does not depend on the retention window of the billing console.
SECURITY POSTURE
Every business day VALION INSIGHTS reads six AWS security services and resolves a score that answers one question: am I exposed today? Findings arrive ranked by severity, each backed by the specific AWS control that produced it, so remediation starts from evidence rather than from a generic recommendation.
BUILT FOR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Consolidated and per-account views across your entire estate, grouped by company. Each AWS account belongs to exactly one organization and is never reassigned. Separation between customers is verified server-side on every request, not in the browser.
READ-ONLY BY DESIGN
You connect an account by deploying a CloudFormation stack in it. The stack creates a read-only role scoped with an external ID unique to the relationship. The role holds no write permission of any kind: VALION INSIGHTS reads cost, usage and configuration data, and cannot modify anything in your infrastructure. You revoke access at any time by deleting the stack - there is no ticket to open and no one to ask.

VALION is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner headquartered in Bogota, Colombia, serving clients across Latin America. VALION INSIGHTS is the product behind its cloud financial management practice.
VALION INSIGHTS reads your account through a read-only IAM role. The only AWS charge this generates in your account is the AWS Cost Explorer API, at USD 0.01 per request (about 6 requests per daily collection, roughly USD 1 to 2 per month), billed by AWS separately from your Marketplace subscription.

The fee moves directly with your AWS bill. If your monthly AWS spend rises, the 10% fee rises with it. If your spend falls, the fee falls too. There are no fixed tiers or minimums that change this — the charge always tracks your actual usage.
Yes. Beyond the read-only role, Valion asks you to turn on a couple of free AWS tools, such as Compute Optimizer and Cost Anomaly Detection. These improve savings recommendations. Enabling them takes a few clicks in your console. They do not change the platform fee itself.

Vendor refund policy
VALION INSIGHTS is billed on usage and in arrears: no entry fee and no minimum term. Cancel at any time from the AWS Marketplace console. If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, AWS issues a 100% refund automatically. We refund metering errors, duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, and prolonged unavailability attributable to us.
