innoWake transformation converts legacy code like Cobol, PL1, Natural, Assembler to Java or .NET AND migrates data from DB2, ADABAS, IMS, VSAM and other sources into relational databases and takes care of JCL. Maintainability will be at least as good as legacy code for existing team, but java/.Net developer are able to maintain it too! Application will run on AWS with exactly the same behavior/functionality like it did on the mainframe.
Overview
innoWake transformation streamlines legacy code conversion to provide an open system platform that allows integration of new technologies and doesn't compromise on functionality. It enables a fully automated migration solution running on a parallel track with your current state and allowing "no code freeze" to address critical business and regulation needs during the project.
The automated software automatically transforms existing code, data, and UI assets to equivalents such as Java and .NET, relational databases, and Web interfaces. This enables you to quickly begin modernization of the applications in the cloud. This asset is part of the Deloitte's innoWake suite of assets.
Beside code and data migration, innoWake Transformation takes care of system utilities, interfaces, JCL, and all the other things which are core to get the legacy application up and running on AWS.
Test case generation and automated testing are included in this solution.
