AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) by Tech Holding

     Info
Tech Holding’s AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) helps businesses assess and optimize their AWS workloads using AWS best practices across six key pillars. Our certified architects identify risks, recommend improvements, and guide you through remediation efforts. We also help eligible customers secure AWS funding to support improvements and maintain a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environment.

    Overview

Tech Holding’s AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) helps businesses design, operate, and continuously improve their workloads on AWS, using proven best practices built around six core pillars:

    • Operational Excellence
    • Security
    • Reliability
    • Performance Efficiency
    • Cost Optimization
    • Sustainability

Our experienced AWS-certified team partners with you to conduct a detailed review of your workload. We identify where you are aligned with AWS best practices, highlight risks, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.

As an AWS Advanced Partner, Tech Holding can also help you access AWS funding programs to offset the costs of implementing remediation and optimization efforts based on the review.

You can choose to engage Tech Holding for a one-time Well-Architected Review or set up regular reviews to maintain a strong, scalable, secure AWS environment that evolves with your business needs.

As part of the WAFR, we evaluate and provide recommendations across the AWS services most commonly involved in production workloads—including AWS Organizations/Control Tower for multi-account governance, IAM (and IAM Identity Center) for access control, VPC networking with Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing (ALB/NLB) and CloudFront/ACM for routing and edge delivery, core compute on EC2 and/or ECS/EKS/Lambda, and data platforms such as S3, RDS/Aurora, and DynamoDB. We also assess security and monitoring controls using KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail, AWS Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, WAF/Shield, and operational observability through CloudWatch and X-Ray, along with cost governance via Cost Explorer and AWS Budgets—resulting in a prioritized, service-specific remediation roadmap.
