    1. Review: Customer’s business goals, desired outcomes and success metrics
    2. Review: review customer's requirements of Account Structure, Networking, Security, Access Management, Guard Rails, Logging and Monitoring
    3. Design and implement: Create an MVP version of a multi-account AWS Landing Zone including security controls, highly scalable and well-integrated with customer's existing ecosystem, well-defined AWS Organization, OU structure, networking setup, integrated with existing Identity provider, detective and preventative guard rails and service catalog for publishing products
    4. Provide- documented design, architecture diagram, runbooks and cloud formation templates.

    The engagement type for the Landing Zone Accelerator (typically takes 6 weeks to complete) Accelerated implementation of a fully functional multi-account AWS Landing Zone (LZ), ready for workloads:

    The followings are examples of steps for this engagement:

    1. Customer will provide support and approval from its business stakeholders, application owners, IT infrastructure team, and security, as well as any necessary exceptions to standard processes to execute the Project.
    2. Customer will establish and make available a communication plan and escalation path to quickly resolve risks and issues in connection with this Project.
    3. Customer will make available on a timely basis such Customer staff who will support AWS in the execution of the tasks described in this proposal.
    4. Our project scope will be limited to the extent of the requirements defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The proposed timeline is a draft, and A&T and the Customer will review the plan after the project kick-off for any adjustments. All changes will go through the change control process.

    Estimated time-line:

    1. Cloud Architect ~5 hrs./week
    2. Infrastructure Engineer ~5 hrs./week
    3. Security Engineer ~2 hrs./week
