It has some latency that can be improved and improve the efficiency.

Beast Mode and the different ways to use master data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data has a lot of errors with the dates, and the numbers are inconsistent—sometimes they’re read as text and other times as numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn’t benefit me much. It could be a lot better and easier to use, but sometimes it’s a little difficult.

Since I engage with the tool at a "user" level, I've not identified anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily pull up my current progress towards renewals, as well as yearly success metrics at annual reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is strong because it brings BI, dashboards, data connectors, and executive reporting into one platform that business users can actually navigate without always needing engineering support. I gave it an 8 because the visualization and data integration experience is solid, but there can still be friction around cost, governance, and performance tuning as usage scales.
What do you dislike about the product?
its xpensive as adoption expands, especially when more teams start adding connectors, dataflows, and dashboards. I also dislike that some advanced governance, performance tuning, and complex data modeling work still requires technical support, so it is not always as self-service as the front-end experience makes it seem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps centralize reporting across different systems so leadership and business teams can get a single view of KPIs without waiting on manual spreadsheet updates or one-off analyst pulls. The benefit is faster decision-making,
