
Overview
This product consists of a dataset containing the complete Electronic Medical Records for a 1000 patients within the United States where their ailments are related to lung cancer and related conditions. The data is completely simulated and therefore poses no PHI/PII risk, and also contains simulated patient data for the following (among many others):
- Age
- Gender
- Location
- Education level
- Birth and death dates
- Smoker/Alcoholic status
The data is organized in to the following entities:
