Spark Cloud Strategy Assessment
Spark EPC Cloud Strategy Assessment
The Cloud Strategy Assessment is a flexible, modular consulting engagement designed to align your cloud strategy with business objectives and transformation priorities. Whether you are planning your first migration or optimising an existing AWS environment, this assessment delivers a clear, actionable roadmap for cloud adoption.
Three Focus Areas
Business and Cloud Strategy Evaluates business objectives, cloud adoption drivers, and transformation priorities. Establishes executive sponsorship and governance practices to define a clear roadmap for success. Reviews alignment with frameworks such as the AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Cloud Adoption Framework.
Cloud Readiness Assesses organisational readiness, team skillsets, operating model suitability, and change management requirements. Determines maturity levels across identity (AWS IAM, AWS Organizations), networking, security (AWS CloudTrail, AWS Config), and operations to identify areas for growth.
Cloud Business Case Builds a data-driven foundation for cloud adoption including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis using AWS Cost Explorer benchmarks, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and a prioritised migration strategy with workload categorisation.
