That means we align our efforts to your unique needs, including areas of current risk. We will focus on certain areas, such as recent audit failures or areas experiencing high downtime or reliability issues. We can focus on priority areas – whatever is needed to best address your goals. At Paragon, we believe you should assess the true potential and impact of business-driven IT decisions and consider all the affordable options before selecting any one solution.

Our Approach We take an enterprise view (Cloud and on-prem) of the business. We start by reviewing existing documentation and interview appropriate Line of Business and IT personnel to determine which assets and processes are most critical to your organization. Our incremental methods of discovery and assessment will lead to recommendations that include identification of any quick wins. We work with IT and business leadership team members to facilitate understanding the tool sets and methodologies that allow you to be self-sufficient and achieve long-term success. We also work with you to identify any immediate wins that can demonstrate both the effectiveness of the approach and that can boost team confidence in the BIA process.

What You Can Expect After the discovery phase, impact analyses may be published as quickly as 4 weeks. Regardless of speed, each analysis works to identify any gaps in things like Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity capabilities, or significant business risk. We’ll provide interim recommendations that let you concentrate on immediate risks, while also addressing long-term strategies. Initially we can focus on low risk, tactical improvements and take more time to analyze and address strategic risk. More specifically:

• Identification of the resources to execute a disaster recovery solution Opportunity/Value Equation. You will clearly understand the tradeoffs between action/inaction and differing approaches.
• Business Outcomes. Expected achievements are documented, including quick wins and strategic initiatives.
