IRIS Platform Pilot

The IRIS Pilot Professional Service is a fixed-scope engagement designed to quickly validate a customer’s computer vision or AI use case using the customer’s own data.

During the pilot, our team ingests and prepares customer-provided data, configures the use case in the IRIS application, and builds the core model-development workflow, including class/seed setup, architecture experimentation, and annotation generation/validation. We then run comparative evaluations, demonstrate results back to the customer in the IRIS application, and deliver pilot outputs that support next-step decision making.

Pilot deliverables include:

• A working use-case demonstration in IRIS
• Comparative model performance results
• The top-performing pilot model candidate
• Annotations generated and validated during the pilot
• Recommendations for production-readiness and next steps

This offer is intended as a pilot professional service engagement to establish feasibility and performance baseline prior to a larger production deployment.

AWS Architecture and Lifecycle Operations

This service is delivered using AWS infrastructure. The IRIS application runs on Amazon EC2, customer and pilot data are stored in Amazon S3, and additional AWS services may be used as needed to operate, secure, monitor, and support the pilot workflow.
