Overview
SoldierIQ is a military-native AI harness that brings a council of specialized AI agents to the operator's fingertips. A root agent runs a continuous Think Research Reflect loop, coordinating nine sub-agents including retrieval, research, planning, self-critique, and governance specialists to ground every recommendation in doctrine and cite sources down to the page. The platform is delivered as a three-panel web console (chat, live map, and document viewer) backed by a FastAPI agent service built on the Google Agent Development Kit, with MongoDB, Qdrant, and Neo4j providing session, vector, and entity-graph storage. Three-tier retrieval wiki synthesis, vector search, and a TF IDF floor keeps answers available even when higher-fidelity retrieval tiers are degraded.Inference is local-first: GPU nodes can be sized and deployed at the edge, on-premises, or in the cloud (including AWS GPU instances), with automatic failover to a managed cloud LLM API if the local tier is unavailable. Every external dependency retrieval, governance policy review, and inference is designed to degrade gracefully rather than block the mission workflow.SoldierIQ integrates bidirectionally with customer TAK infrastructure via Cursor-on-Target (CoT), so live battlespace context flows into the agent council and mission plans and SITREPs push back out to the map. A phase-execution engine manages the mission lifecycle after human approval, and a pluggable, fail-open governance layer reviews courses of action before they proceed.Deployment is fully containerized (Docker, Kubernetes, CI) and supports topologies ranging from a single air-gapped edge node to a clustered, classification-separated enclave, with cloud data-tier equivalents (e.g., MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j AuraDB) available for managed deployments.
Highlights
- Doctrine-grounded, source-cited answers a nine-agent council retrieves and synthesizes across wiki, vector, and keyword search tiers, citing sources to the exact page. Local-first, edge-ready inference GPU compute is sized to the mission (edge, on-prem, or cloud) with automatic cloud failover, so the system keeps answering when connectivity degrades. Native TAK integration bidirectional CoT exchange keeps the operator console and the customer's existing TAK ecosystem in sync in real time.
- Human in-the-loop by design course of action generation and fire-support analysis route through an approval gate before any downstream action.
- Deploy anywhere containerized services (Docker/Kubernetes/CI) support a single air-gapped node up through clustered, classification-separated enclaves.
