Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour based on the AWS EC2 instance type you choose to run OnlyOffice. Each dimension maps to a specific instance size, so pricing scales with the compute, memory, and storage capacity of your selected instance. Smaller instances like t3.nano or t2.micro carry lower hourly rates, while larger memory- and compute-optimized instances such as x1e.32xlarge or i3en.metal carry higher rates. There are no upfront commitments; you are charged only for the hours each instance runs. Pick the instance family that fits your workload, and the software cost follows that hardware choice.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each dimension is a specific AWS EC2 instance size. One billed hour equals one hour that instance runs. The rate bundles the OnlyOffice software fee for that instance type. Underlying AWS compute, storage, and network charges are billed separately by AWS.
The software fee meters running hours only. A stopped instance accrues no software charge. You may still owe AWS storage fees for attached volumes while the instance sits idle, but the OnlyOffice hourly rate applies solely to running time.

After deployment, you can access your application at http://<public IP>. (It might take up to 15 minutes to be available post-deployment). The machine is accessible via SSH, default username: ubuntu. Where relevant, app login credentials are available on message of the day (and /etc/motd).
