**Pricing **

USD$15,000 per cluster, per technology.

Remote Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, OpenSearch, Valkey, PostgreSQL or Apache Spark Health Check of one cluster

Service delivery approach: 

Questionnaire. NetApp consulting experts will provide a questionnaire asking for information about your use of the open source technology, including node configuration, application usage, where applicable output of REST commands, bash commands, sample of logs, heap configuration. 

Discovery. An initial workshop led by our consultant asking for information about your use of the open source technology, capacity for upgrades and any other constraints. 

Data Analysis and Report. Once the information is gathered, our team of experts review the provided information and ask any necessary clarifications via email or online meetings and provide a detailed, written report of the review outcomes and recommendations. 

Q&A. We schedule a final meeting led by our consultant to review the report and ensure you understand any recommendations or issues highlighted. 

**Customer Requirements **

Provide the completed health check questionnaire and necessary logs and other details required by NetApp to complete the tasks outlined above. This may include the customer running a few commands or collecting existing logs. 

**NetApp Deliverables **

NetApp will be able to commence the review within 2 weeks of accepting this request and upon receipt of all the answers of the health check questionnaire. NetApp shall deliver the Health Check, no later than 5 weeks from receipt of all the answers of the health check questionnaire.
