Many companies are uncertain about what the Artificial Intelligence Act actually means for them. With the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), the EU Commission has aligned a draft law as part of the EU digital strategy for concrete proposals to regulate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in research and Industry, which will be published in summer 2024. This will address and force a handling of risks of misusing AI, for example to influence and monitor people, and must define concrete actions at an early stage.
However, many companies are now also uncertain about what the Artificial Intelligence Act actually means for them, what consequences it entails, who is specifically affected by it and what these regulations look like.

In order to answer these questions and challenges, we have developed an adesso assessment format based on the Trustworthy AI Framework and the AWS AI Policy, our extensive experience in data and AI governance and the intensive study of the new regulation by our team of experts to help you to become “AI Act aware” and identify what to do to become ready for this.
