Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Each request submits one image or video for CSAM screening. The content enters through the API or SDK from uploads, streams, avatars, or chat attachments. The system analyzes it and returns a risk score, recommended action, and structured evidence file. Every submission counts as one request against your monthly total.
Your contract includes up to 1,000,000 API requests each month. If your platform sends more content for screening than that, the extra requests are billed separately. Your base contract price stays the same, and only the usage above the included amount adds cost.
Each request screens both images and videos in one workflow. The system combines perceptual hashing with AI models to detect known, modified, newly created, and AI-generated CSAM. Results can support blocking, human review, escalation, documentation, takedown, and reporting workflows. All of this is included in the request pricing.
