If you need more than 100 reviews, you contact the vendor for custom pricing. Each tier caps how many vendor risk assessments you can perform. As your vendor network grows, you move to a higher review capacity.

A review is one vendor risk assessment. The platform connects to a vendor's cloud environment through a read-only, minimal-permission role and collects security telemetry via API. Each vendor you evaluate uses one review. Your tier caps how many vendor assessments you can run.
Each tier caps the number of vendor reviews you can run. To assess more vendors than your tier allows, you move to a higher review capacity. If you need more than 100 reviews, you contact the vendor for custom pricing. The transition is not automatic.
Once a vendor connects, the platform collects security telemetry through an API connection. This data updates on a 24-hour cycle. Each active review keeps reflecting the vendor's current security posture without extra charges for the refresh. The refresh is included within your review capacity.
