    AI LaunchPad is a structured professional service designed to help organizations adopt and operationalize AI on AWS by delivering a working AI application within a fixed four-week engagement. The service focuses on building and deploying a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) directly in the customer’s AWS environment, enabling immediate business use and validating real-world AI outcomes.

    The engagement begins with a discovery phase to define a single high-impact use case, assess available data, and design a scalable AWS-based architecture. During the build phase, Jedi Hill implements the AI pipeline and application backend using AWS-native services. This includes integrating generative AI capabilities through Amazon Bedrock, developing serverless application logic using AWS Lambda and API Gateway, and managing data using Amazon S3 and retrieval services such as Amazon OpenSearch or Amazon Kendra. The solution is deployed following AWS Well-Architected best practices.

    The refine phase focuses on testing, prompt optimization, and performance tuning to ensure the AI application meets business requirements. In the final launch phase, the solution is deployed into the customer’s AWS account, validated, and handed over with documentation and knowledge transfer.
