    Enables organizations considering a GenAI POC or AWS workload to generate a neutral, 3rd party business case that would sufficiently resonate with their financial leadership.

    Customer and AWS generate the GenAI use case and objectives, FinOptik builds a CFO-grade advanced financial component to help the project cross the goal line with finance.

    Outputs:

    • Forecasting the cost of a net new genAI project, grounded in projected usage (ex; tokens, compute, etc) based on customer use case, pilot vs rollout,
    • Comparative cost analysis of different services (Bedrock, Sagemaker, other AI services) that would meet the business objectives,
    • Projections of potential evolutionary phases of model fine tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Inference or full custom training,

    • A cash-flow / cash outlay model,

    The output is co-built with customer Finance Office leadership, VP Architecture / VP Tech and Finance, Director of Cloud, and AWS account leadership.
