    Post purchase support will be provided through CGI Federal's Service Group (FSG) helpdesk for intake and routing of customer requests. CGI will support access, authentication, cloud environment operations virtual infrastructure, and issue resolution to ensure platform availability, performance, and uptime. helpdesk@cgifederal.com  Application-level support for XQ Message will be provided by CGI as the primary service provider. CGI will handle troubleshooting of user-facing functionality, software behavior, and defects. If an issue cannot be resolved by CGI—such as cases involving underlying software changes or updates—CGI will escalate the matter to XQ for resolution. XQ will provide support in these escalated scenarios, including applicable documentation, onboarding materials, and assistance with software updates. The level of XQ’s involvement will be tailored based on customer needs and the deployment model.
