ARM Virtual Hardware powered by Corellium (AVH) enables you to run Arm-based virtual hardware. You pay based on usage, measured in core hours. A core hour reflects one processor core running for one hour on a virtual device. Your cost scales directly with how much compute your virtual devices consume over time. There are no tiers or fixed plans here. You run devices when you need them, and billing tracks the total core hours used. This single usage-based dimension means costs rise or fall with your actual activity, giving you control over spending by managing how long and how many cores your virtual devices run.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one core hour for billing?
A core hour reflects one processor core running for one hour on a virtual device. If a device uses multiple cores, each core counts separately. So a device running four cores for one hour bills as four core hours. Your total is the sum of all cores across all running devices, multiplied by their runtime.
Am I charged when a virtual device is not running?
Billing tracks core hours consumed, which meters cores running for time. Devices that are not running do not accrue core hour charges. You control cost by managing how long devices stay active. You can save a device state and restore it later to reduce active runtime while preserving your setup.
Does adding more CPU cores or RAM to a device change my core hour usage?
On applicable Android devices, you can modify the number of CPU cores allocated to a virtual device. Since billing counts core hours, running more cores raises your core hour total for that runtime. Fewer cores lower it. RAM and GPU settings affect device behavior, but core count drives the core hour metering.
