Support is structured around the engagement lifecycle:

- Active Engagement - Technical consulting, weekly project status reviews, issue resolution, risk tracking, and escalation management through your assigned project lead.
- Post-Engagement - Knowledge transfer sessions, documentation delivery, and transition planning to managed services if applicable.
Managed Services Support
For customers on managed services agreements, ongoing support includes operational monitoring, issue resolution, optimization recommendations, and regular service reviews.
