Amazon EKS Delivery & Kubernetes Modernization

     Info
Accelerate container adoption with our Amazon EKS Delivery service. We design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS using infrastructure as code (IaC). Our service covers automated CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, fine-grained IAM-to-RBAC security, auto-scaling, ingress controllers, and end-to-end CloudWatch/Prometheus observability.

    Overview

Our Amazon EKS Delivery service enables enterprise development and platform engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale application workloads using production-grade Kubernetes on AWS.

We follow AWS Well-Architected container guidelines to deliver secure, highly available, and cost-optimized Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) clusters.

    Key Deliverables:

    1. Enterprise EKS Architecture & Cluster Deployment:

      • Automated cluster provisioning using Terraform, AWS CDK, or eksctl.
      • Configuration of managed node groups, AWS Fargate profiles, and Karpenter for dynamic auto-scaling.
    2. Network & Ingress Engineering:

      • AWS VPC CNI integration for native IP address management.
      • Setup of AWS Load Balancer Controller (ALB/NLB), ExternalDNS, and ingress controllers (NGINX or Istio service mesh).
    3. Enterprise Security & Access Management:

      • AWS IAM Identity Center integration for Kubernetes Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
      • Pod Security Admission/Kyverno policy enforcement, Secrets Manager/HashiCorp Vault integration, and container image scanning via Amazon ECR.
    4. GitOps & CI/CD Pipeline Automation:

      • Implementation of GitOps tools (ArgoCD or Flux) for continuous deployment.
      • CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
    5. Observability & Cost Optimization:

      • Control plane and worker node logging delivered to Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon Managed Prometheus/Grafana.
      • Cost optimization using AWS Graviton instances, Spot Instances, and Kubecost tracking.

    Core Outcomes:

    • Rapid time-to-market for cloud-native applications.
    • Zero-downtime, self-healing container infrastructure.
    • Standardized developer workflows and robust cloud security compliance.

    Highlights

    • Production-Grade EKS Cluster Deployment - Deploy secure, multi-AZ Amazon EKS clusters using IaC (Terraform/CDK) with dynamic compute auto-scaling via Karpenter.
    • GitOps & Continuous Delivery Workflows - Automate application deployment pipelines using ArgoCD/Flux and modern container security scanning tools.
    • Integrated Security, Observability & Cost Control - Enforce fine-grained IAM-to-RBAC controls, centralized logging via Prometheus/Grafana, and Graviton/Spot cost optimization.
