- Build 2–3 standard contact flows (Entry, Main IVR, and secondary contact flow (i.e.: After-Hours, callbacks, surveys) - supporting 1 language
- Configure 1 queue and routing profile
- Set up reusable prompts and call routing logic — DTMF only
- Enable real-time and historical reporting dashboards
- Users & Training
- Create up to 20 agent profiles + 1 admin profile
