Intelligent CloudOps is the foundation of our innovative IT operations

All infrastructure and basic operations services in the AWS public cloud environment are subject to the innovative "Intelligent CloudOps" operating model. The Intelligent CloudOps enables the almost fully automated provisioning, operation, maintenance (updates, patches) and general management of infrastructure and application base components based on the public cloud.

In addition, we make the numerous services of the cloud providers available to you and ensure that your cloud is continuously optimized and up-to-date. The Intelligent CloudOps principle covers nearly every AWS-Service whether IaaS or PaaS - like AWS EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, VPC, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora, Athena, API-Gateway, EBS, EFS, FsX and so on.

We take responsibility

Be it for your cloud infrastructure or your applications in the cloud: BTC manages and takes responsibility for your cloud around the clock. Support within BTC's cloud application model is characterized by a fast, proactive and responsible service and thus differs from purely reactive approaches.

We take care of monitoring, faults and backups at the application or infrastructure level. By leveraging our Infrastructure Management (CIM) or Application Management (CAM) offering, we provide you with high availability and security for your cloud environment. In addition, you benefit from the flexibility and scalability of your cloud as well as support that responds to your concerns with high availability.

However, should unexpected disruptions occur, the cloud service team is available at all times and is automatically informed immediately - 24x7 if required. The reliable IT infrastructure of the public cloud providers is also subject to all common standards for IT security, includes multiple redundancies and is basically one of the most stable infrastructures in the world.

Automation thus includes the provision of infrastructure and application components, as well as ongoing management, checking and updating. In this way, individual faults are proactively detected and/or immediately resolved. The Intelligent CloudOps principle ensures that incidents do not occur or only occur once. Causes are either resolved immediately or a sustainable workaround is implemented. Patch, compliance, security and backup management, in turn, is based on clearly defined tags that are recorded and stored in configuration management. The respective processes are then executed - usually automatically - on the basis of patterns defined there. Of course, individual customer requirements, current events or other measures and specifications are taken into account.
