Overview
The Innovation Accelerator program is a way for customers to leverage the collective expertise of AWS and BUILDSTR to bring a brand new product or experience to life.
The program begins with an expedient, focused implementation of Amazon's famous "Working Backwards" methodology that encourages customers to start by defining the desired end state and goals in detail. This process can be completed in as few as 2-3 working sessions. From there, BUILDSTR takes the customers through the exercise of refining the vision and putting in place an execution plan that accounts for everything from technical requirements to customer stakeholder schedules and time commitments.
Once the vision, goals, and priorities are detailed and a plan is agreed upon (usually within 2 weeks from the start of the program, BUILDSTR begins development and engages in rapid iterations with the customer. When technical and experiential prototyping are necessary to ensure the feasibility of an approach, success criteria are carefully set and measured against, ultimately leading toward a go/no go decision that helps the customer with crucial prioritization efforts. When feasibility is already known and/or proven, development efforts are put right into building the Mininum Lovable Product (MLP) that will be delivered broadly to customers.
