While designing, building and operating workloads in AWS, our teams support regular evaluation for identifying high-risk issues and identifying improvements, through Well Architected reviews. This approach ensures a comprehensive perspectives on the 6 pillars for providing industrialized, high-performing, resilient, secure, cost-efficient and sustainable business capabilities. We also propose to our customers the same Well Architected reviews to help them to get the best from their innovative Digital Solutions.

These reviews based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework which describes key concepts, design principles, and architectural best practices focus on the 6 following pillars:

• Performance Efficiency
• Cost Optimization
• Sustainability An initial briefing allows to validate the sponsorship for the review, select the pillars to study, list the required documentation, identify the team members to involve and the format & duration of the review (from 3 to 6 hours). The deliverables includes a review report and a synthetic Statement of Work, listing the concrete actions aiming at reducing the high risks identified.

Our end-to-end Cloud Center of Excellence teams can then enable or help to the implementation of these improvement plan. They then regularly update the Well Architected review to reflect the continous improvements and get AWS funding if conditions are met.
