The catalog ships with prescriptive "3-click" templates such as API+RDS, Worker+SQS, and SPA+CloudFront — no free-form fields. Success is measured against concrete KPIs: Time-to-First-Hello-World ≤ 1 day, 2–3× improvement on DORA metrics (lead time, deploy frequency, MTTR), 99.9% pilot SLO, ≥ 90% tagging coverage, and ≤ 8h DEV→PRD approval lead time for regulated environments.
