Overview
Regulated credit teams often know the fairness question they want to test but not whether their workflow and evidence are ready. This five-business-day Equilens assessment reviews documents and process for one non-sensitive workflow intended for a customer-controlled AWS environment.
What we review:
- The evidence goal and workflow boundary.
- The stated data boundary, governance / ownership, and no-egress readiness.
- Prerequisites for any later evaluation in the buyer's own environment.
What you receive:
- A short findings memo.
- An evidence-goal, workflow, data-boundary, governance / ownership, and no-egress readiness map.
- A list of blocking gaps.
- A recommendation to stop, or to scope a further Equilens engagement.
What we need:
- A non-confidential workflow description and jurisdiction.
- A high-level description of the AWS architecture and data boundary.
- Public or shareable policy and process material.
No credentials, personal data, raw loan files, protected-attribute data, customer models, or production access are required.
This is a document and process readiness assessment. It does not deploy AWS resources, access or configure the buyer's AWS account, run customer data or models, make or override lending decisions, validate a model, provide legal advice, certify regulatory compliance, or provide a regulator-facing opinion. Any later evaluation or delivery work is separately scoped and charged.
Any later evaluation would be customer-hosted, simulation-only, and no-egress; the assessment itself reviews documents and process only.
Highlights
- Five-business-day answer: a findings memo, blocking gaps, and a recommendation to stop or scope a further Equilens engagement.
- Customer-controlled AWS focus: map the evidence goal, workflow, data boundary, ownership, governance, and no-egress readiness.
- Non-invasive: no credentials, raw lending data, customer-model execution, production access, deployment, or compliance certification.
