Support

  • Installation and Deployment Support: You will receive training, detailed documentation, and online or on-site (as authorized by the customer) pairing to support the initial deployment of the UDS platform (including infrastructure) and your mission capability.
  • Vulnerability SLA: We provide an SLA for continuous mitigation and remediation of CVEs for UDS Core and your mission application. Vulnerability SLAs available upon request.
  • ATO Documentation: You will receive a draft System Security Plan (SSP) (scoped to technical controls only, with examples of policy controls) specific to UDS and your AWS specific infrastructure. Defense Unicorns guarantees the availability of the SSP within a set timeframe for supported infrastructures.
  • Dedicated Account Management: Customer receives a single point of contact for their capability and UDS artifacts.
  • Support Coverage SLA: We provide an SLA for support and outages and other production-level incidents in environments using UDS artifacts. We work with your technical staff to address issues and production-level incidents in a specified timeframe, ensuring that mission capabilities remain secure and accessible. 24/7 support for severity levels 1 and 2 is included in all capability-as-a-service subscriptions.
