DAPP Assessment

Project Kickoff and Planning:

• Define the project goals, objectives, and success criteria for implementing data acceleration solutions on AWS.
• Identify the project team, including the product owner ("buyer"), key stakeholders/contributors, and operations team.
• Develop a project outline and timelines for implementing data acceleration solutions on AWS.
• Identify collaboration tools and processes to be used during the project.

Discovery:

• Identify the business case for implementing data acceleration solutions on AWS.
• Review baseline documentation of the current environment from the customer.
• Determine partnership goals for the project.
• Identify AWS native capabilities for in-scope controls.
• Review existing process governance, frameworks, standards, and controls.

Design:

• Deliver a data acceleration scoping engagement (may be broken into smaller sessions over multiple days) to identify the customer's specific needs and requirements. Technical deep dive with applicable stakeholders.
• Present the partner experience with similar customers and general best practices recommended strategic direction.
• Facilitate strategic decisions for data activities in scope of this engagement.
• Review all diagrams, implementation guides, and other documentation developed in support of the engagement.
• Review all templates, scripts, source code, and other artifacts developed in support of the engagement.

Expected Deliverables:

• Pricing Estimates for AWS Services
• Architecture Diagram
• Statement of Work / Project Plan for Implementation and Recommendations
• Deliver a customer review session to discuss the SOW / Project Plan and Recommendations
• Review the proposal and level of effort for the implementation of the recommended data acceleration solutions and deliverables developed in support of the engagement.
