ASM+ is Auritas' flagship, AI-enhanced content management platform, purpose-built to extend and elevate SAP's native document management and archiving capabilities. It is ILM-aware and certified for SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), giving enterprises a governed, audit-ready foundation for retention, blocking, and destruction, not just a place to park files. ASM+ connects natively across the SAP landscape: S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Commerce Cloud, and extends the same governed repository to non-SAP applications, giving enterprises one content backbone across their entire IT ecosystem.
Bringing ASM+ to AWS Marketplace extends that trust to the buying motion enterprises already use: cloud spend commitments, streamlined procurement, and Helm-based deployment on Amazon EKS.
Highlights

- A unified content backbone for SAP and non-SAP applications, available through AWS Marketplace with streamlined procurement and Helm-based deployment on Amazon EKS.

Usage instructions
Prerequisites: an existing Amazon EKS cluster with Linux amd64 worker nodes, Helm 3.19 or later, customer-managed Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, an Amazon S3 bucket, IAM access for the ASM+ service accounts, DNS/TLS when ingress is enabled, and a Kubernetes Secret containing the required runtime values.
- Subscribe to this product and follow the AWS Marketplace instructions to authenticate Helm to the Marketplace ECR registry.
- Pull the versioned chart shown by AWS Marketplace.
- Download the customer values example from the deployment guide and create values.customer.yaml with only customer-owned, non-secret settings.
- Create the runtime Kubernetes Secret separately; do not put passwords, tokens, API keys, or license material in the values file.
- Validate with helm lint and helm template using values.customer.yaml.
- Install with: helm upgrade --install asmplus <downloaded-chart> --namespace asmplus --create-namespace --values values.customer.yaml --wait --timeout 30m
- Verify the eight Deployments, Services, migration Jobs when enabled, ingress, HPA, PDB, RDS connectivity, S3 access, and application login.
