The problem
Energy demand depends on weather, occupancy and operations, but forecasts are built in spreadsheets from last year's numbers. Assets run at the wrong times, peak demand charges arrive as a surprise, and energy purchases miss what the next week will need.
What we deliver
Data lake. Meter, sensor, weather and operations data is collected into Amazon S3, through AWS IoT services where devices are connected, and prepared with AWS Glue.
Forecasting models. Demand forecasting models on Amazon SageMaker AI for the horizons you plan on, from the next hours to the next weeks, evaluated against your history.
Recommendations. Asset schedule and peak avoidance recommendations based on the forecast and your constraints, reviewed with operators before any automation.
Operator assistant. An assistant on Amazon Bedrock explains forecasts, drivers and recommended actions in plain language, with dashboards in Amazon Quick Sight.
