The 6-Week Integration Sprint is a structured delivery engagement to take prioritized workflows from roadmap to production on AWS. We build and test integrations, deploy to production with monitoring and alerting, and provide documentation and team training so you can operate confidently.
This service relates to implementation and operation on AWS, typically using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon EventBridge, AWS Step Functions, Amazon SQS/SNS, Amazon S3, and observability via Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail. For GenAI/agent workflows, the Sprint can leverage Amazon Bedrock where appropriate, with evaluation and operational controls defined during delivery.
Deliverables can include: production integrations, an AI agent proof-of-concept or production workflow (as scoped), dashboards/alerts, runbooks, documentation, and launch support.
