AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour based on the AWS EC2 instance type you run this endpoint management software on. The listing covers up to 250 computers for a single user. Each dimension matches a specific instance size across several families: compute-optimized (c3, c4), memory-optimized (r3), general-purpose (m3, m4), storage-optimized (d2, i2), and graphics (g2). Larger instances within a family carry higher hourly rates because they provide more compute, memory, or storage. You choose the instance that fits your workload, and billing runs for the hours you use it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do I get for the hourly rate on each instance type?
Each hourly rate maps to one running AWS EC2 instance of that specific type. The instance size sets the CPU, memory, and storage you get. For example, memory-optimized r3 types favor RAM-heavy loads, while compute-optimized c3 and c4 types favor processing. You run the endpoint management software on that instance.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
Software charges meter running instance-hours only. A fully stopped instance stops accruing the hourly software fee. Underlying AWS storage charges for attached volumes may still apply while the instance is stopped, but those are separate from this software's hourly metering.
Does running a larger instance let me manage more than 250 computers?
No. The listing licenses up to 250 computers for a single user regardless of instance size. Choosing a larger instance gives you more CPU, memory, or storage for performance, not a higher device limit. For a different device count, contact the vendor for licensing.
