Overview
Trailflow Evidence Verifier - Record View
Trailflow Evidence Verifier reviews recorded workstation execution, validates evidence integrity, inspects event timelines and screenshots, and prepares reviewable evidence packages.
TRAILFLOW is an Execution Evidence Platform for audit, compliance, operations, and internal verification teams that need reviewable proof of how workstation-based work was actually performed. Rather than relying on screenshots, procedure documents, retrospective explanations, or application logs alone, TRAILFLOW creates structured evidence packages that capture the actual execution trail of a workstation session and enable independent review of how work was performed.
TRAILFLOW is designed for environments where critical activities span desktop applications, browser tools, legacy systems, internal portals, virtual desktops, and mixed workstation environments. It helps organizations understand not only that an activity occurred, but how it was performed, in what sequence, and what supporting evidence is available for review.
Unlike traditional screen recorders, application audit logs, or manual documentation, TRAILFLOW combines action-level activity data, screenshots, event timing, technical trace information, and SHA-256 based integrity verification into a single reviewable evidence package.
How It Works
TRAILFLOW includes two primary modules:
Recording Agent captures workstation execution sessions into a structured local recordings library. Recording data may include actions, timestamps, screenshots, technical trace information, mouse paths, anchors, and supporting artifacts.
Trail Verifier opens recorded evidence packages for review, verification, inspection, and export. Reviewers can inspect package summaries, actions, timelines, screenshots, anchors, technical traces, package seal information, and verification results without requiring access to the original workstation.
Recording data remains stored locally. Normal recording and review operations do not require transmission of recording data to TRAILFLOW-operated cloud services.
Integrity Verification
Each evidence package includes SHA-256 based integrity verification designed to help reviewers detect changes after capture. Event records are hash-chained in sequence, and package content is verified across recording metadata and associated artifacts. Verification results are included within the evidence package to support independent review and validation.
Key Capabilities
- Integrity-sealed evidence packages using SHA-256 based verification
- Independent review and verification without access to the original workstation
- Local-first architecture with no requirement to transmit recording data to TRAILFLOW-operated cloud services
- Offline workstation activation and operation
- Support for restricted, isolated, and regulated environments
- Machine-readable JSON and CSV exports for workflow analysis, operational research, knowledge transfer, and AI-assisted process analysis
Key Use Cases
TRAILFLOW supports:
- Internal audit evidence collection and review
- Operational control execution verification
- Documentation of approved change activities
- Compliance and regulatory evidence preparation
- Incident investigation and workstation activity reconstruction
- Knowledge transfer and on-the-job training
- Process improvement and workflow analysis
- AI-assisted analysis using structured execution data
For example, when an approved operational change is executed across multiple systems, TRAILFLOW can create an integrity-verified evidence package showing the sequence of actions performed, supporting screenshots, timing information, and technical trace data for later review.
What Reviewers Can Verify
TRAILFLOW helps organizations answer practical questions:
- What was done?
- When was it done?
- On which workstation was it performed?
- In what sequence did activities occur?
- What evidence artifacts are available?
- Did integrity and timeline verification checks pass?
- Can another reviewer independently inspect the execution trail?
Available Outputs
Depending on license edition and configuration, outputs may include evidence package exports, cover sheets, package seals, action summaries, technical traces, screenshots, video previews, CSV exports, and other review artifacts.
Structured recording data can also be used for workflow analysis, operational research, knowledge transfer, automation research, and AI-assisted analysis of workstation-based processes.
Positioning
TRAILFLOW is not intended to replace application audit logs, SIEM platforms, endpoint monitoring products, DLP solutions, or employee surveillance tools. Instead, it complements existing systems by providing workstation-level execution evidence where traditional logs cannot fully demonstrate how a task was performed across multiple applications and environments.
Highlights
- Independent review and verification workflow - Trail Verifier enables authorized reviewers to independently inspect recorded evidence packages without requiring access to the original workstation. Review actions, screenshots, timelines, anchors, technical trace information, and package integrity results through a structured interface designed for audit, compliance, operational review, and internal verification activities.
- Integrity-sealed workstation execution evidence - TRAILFLOW creates structured evidence packages that combine action-level activity data, screenshots, timing information, and SHA-256 based integrity verification. Unlike screen recorders or manual documentation, evidence can be reviewed, inspected, and validated as a structured execution trail rather than a standalone video recording.
- Structured exports for analysis and process improvement - Export workstation execution data in JSON and CSV formats for process analysis, workflow mining, operational research, knowledge transfer, and AI-assisted analysis. Structured exports preserve action sequencing, timing, and context, enabling teams to move beyond static screenshots and narrative documentation.
