There is one pricing dimension, so your cost tracks directly with how many seats you provision. Adding or removing users adjusts your usage-based charges. Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user seat maps to one person who accesses the platform. Each seat is metered by the hour based on active provisioning. You provision seats for team members who build workflows, manage cases, review dashboards, or approve automations. Every provisioned seat counts toward your hourly usage charge.
Charges accrue per user seat per hour. When you add a seat, hourly charges begin for that seat. When you remove one, its hourly charges stop. Your total tracks the number of active seats over time, so cost rises and falls with provisioned seats.
No. Billing is based only on user seats, not on your monitored cloud spend or the number of connected cloud providers. You can connect multiple accounts and providers, including multi-cloud and hybrid setups, without changing your seat-based hourly charge.
