    • Enables consolidation of existing security tools to reduce complexity and cost
    • Compliance monitoring against multiple frameworks including ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST as well as many industry specific security requirements

    Standard Service The standard service provides access to the CyGlass Hybrid Defence Platform with advisory and implementation services to get you up and running as well as ongoing support for the platform implementation and configuration in life.

    Enhanced Service The enhanced service supports the business in achieving their objectives by enabling full visibility and proactive alerting of the network vulnerabilities, risks, incidents, and compliance status. The service delivers response service levels that ensure any suspicious change in security behaviour and compliance is analysed and remediation advice is provided, whilst AI continually learns and adds additional layers of protection. The service assumes 8 hours per month of incident advice and support, and an additional 8 hours per month for compliance and vulnerability advice and support.

    Fully Managed Service The fully manged service takes the enhanced service with elevated response levels and includes full remediation of security incidents, risks, vulnerabilities and compliance alignment against business policies. The service assumes that Bell manages or has full access to the environment for remediating security issues. The service assumes 16 hours per month of incident remediation, and an additional 16 hours per month for compliance and vulnerability advice and support.
